Carbon Crush is finally open....

and massive thanks go out to the customers, friends and family who have supported Carbon Crush over it's first 2 days of trading... the support has been amazing and we can't wait to be your local cafe... Opening up in Brisbane has been a fantastic experience for us and we are grateful for the opportunity to share a dream and passion with the local community.

We will always try to source the best ingredients, and wherever possible source organic.. this week we have managed to get in a number of fresh organic ingredients including our milk, butter, yoghurt, feta, cheddar, beetroot, cabbage, flour, apples, oranges, tomatoes, herbs, lettuce, butternut, sourdough, spinach, sultanas, almonds, pumpkin seeds, eggs, honey

The best sellers over the last couple of days were our coffee, frappe's, smoothies, organic sourdough sandwiches.  We hope that you'll all try our vibrant salads,

Tomorrow :

  •  we're opening with two fruit salads, organic Barambagh yoghurt and homemade granola
  •  serving roasted butternut, lentil salad and a cous-cous salad for lunch
  •  baking beetroot and cocoa muffins, spinach & cheese muffins & banana bread
  •  serving organic sourdough sandwiches with beautiful fillings
  •  frappe of the day will be passionfruit
  •  smoothie of the day will be our dairy-free mocha shake (with almond or soy milk)
